Charles A. Capone is being charged on four counts relating to the murder of his ex-wife, Rachael Anderson. Police reports claim that Capone had been harassing and vandalising Rachael’s property since January of 2010 and that he murdered her on April 16th of the same year. The prosecution claims that Capone and his conspirator David Stone, drugged and then killed Anderson when she went to pick up her car. The two were married and Capone had previously threatened to kill her if she insisted on filing for a divorce. Capone has previously been convicted of several felonies and has told investigators that he would reveal the location of Anderson’s body if he was released from custody.
